Terms & Conditions

I understand that this service is charged on a fee basis in accordance with my maintenance/service agreement with Smart Solutions. If no current agreement exists covering this online service, I understand that I will be charged a service fee of $35.00 plus an hourly charge of $150.00 per hour rounded to the quarter hour with a minimum billing of .25 hours (miminum total charges $72.50). I understand that I am responsible for having a current backup before any work is performed by Smart Solutions. Smart Solutions is not responsible for any data loss or consequential damages.
