THE NOSC:

What is the NOSC? The NOSC stands for Network Operations Services Center. It is a team consisting of skilled Network Engineers, trained Technicians, and an administrative backbone that provide a variety of services from network monitoring to engineer deployment. The NOSC is your central point of contact for Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support.

Thanks to the use of high tech monitoring and remote connection software; the NOSC is able to keep an eye on our clients’ networks, locate trouble areas, troubleshoot, and repair most issues before the client even notices. In addition to remote troubleshooting and support, the NSOC aids our on-site engineers with a bird’s eye view of network issues. In addition to the network monitoring services, the NOSC also provides live remote support for end-user issues. When you call the NOSC, you get a live person who will assist in resolving your issue.
